Delivery & Returns Policy
If any customer requires canceling the order for any reason, the customer will be required to do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call us or drop us an email as per your convenience.
For outright/complete order cancellations
- If the order cancellation is done before the item or items are shipped, the customer will get the full refund.
- If the order cancellation is done after the item or items have been shipped, the customer will get back no refund or credit.
- The refund amount of the customer will be credited in the same manner as that of the payment.
- The refund amount of the customer will be credited within 10 working days from the actual date of cancellation of the order(s).
- In any case if the customer receives the ordered item(s) in a bad condition like tampered and damaged packaging prior to the order delivery; the customer is requested to directly refuse to accept the package from the courier delivery service so that the courier service can return the package to us.
- The customer can also give us a call on our company number which is +91-800-355-0118 or can also email us with the order ID. We at Miaindia will make sure that the replacement is done with no additional cost at the earliest time.
- In case the customer have to return the item or items purchased, kindly ensure that the original product tag and the product packing is intact while returning.
- The customer will bear the shipping costs of returning item. In case the customer requires the booking of a reverse pick up, a flat rate of Rs. 100 per product package is allowed. But in case if the package is of extra large size, Miaindia will be authorized to decide upon the cost and inform the customer suitably.
- In case if the customer wishes to get an exchange because of size issues and if that required particular size is not in stock OR the customer does not wish to purchase anything while returning, he or she will be issued a Credit Note of the same amount which can be redeemed in the next purchase.
- We follow a 7 day no return asked policy. If it is a customized stitched product then
no returns are accepted.
Apart from the conditions mentioned above, the item or items shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The item or items exhibit physical damage to the box or the product.
- The item or items are returned without the original packaging and additional accessories. It should include the retail box, manuals, cables, and other items which were included with the product during the time of delivery.
- The item or items has no valid, readable, tampered serial number. The product package will also not be accepted if anything is missing, damaged, altered or is returned with unreadable item label.
